The hotel had a central position short walk to most of the main attractions in Amman, the great Blue mosque, and the main attractions in Amman. Found Batata a couple of blocks away from the venue where I had supper.

I felt like a VIP with the helpful staff and convenient location near attractions. They even speak multiple languages, so you won't need Google Translate for everything!
Who needs room service or a clean room anyway? It's much more fun to live with dirty floors and request fresh towels every day.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location close to the city center, providing easy access to all major attractions. You'll find yourself in the midst of the bustling city life, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. the rooms are quite comfortable, with most amenities available, like air conditioning and sound-proof windows, ensuring you an undisturbed rest.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance. Some facilities like the TV and kettle were not available in all rooms.

The Terrific Terrace: I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking city view from my room's terrace. It felt like having my personal VIP seat at a rooftop concert, with Amman's vibrant energy flowing beneath me.
Creepy company: 3 shady characters parked themselves at the hotel entrance, and I couldn't shake the feeling of discomfort.

Stayed during Christmas and I had the best time! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by historic sites, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed having access to a mini pizzeria and coffee shop inside the hotel.
My room wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to wait a bit, but it was worth it once I saw how clean and spacious it was. The only other downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night due to the location, but that's to be expected in such a central area.

Lovely Terrace with City View: The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace with a stunning view of the bustling city. Sipping my morning coffee there made me feel like the king of Amman!
Noisy Location: A bit noisy as it is in the city center.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and markets. the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. the AC worked well and the noise from the busy street outside was kept to a minimum thanks to the soundproof windows. the beds were also of a great size and were very comfortable to sleep in.
The hotel was located on a steep hill which could be difficult for older guests to scale. the absence of towels and a phone in the room was particularly inconvenient.
